Con una tecnica di respirazione speciale, David ti accompagnerà insieme a musica appropriata e strumenti di supporto, a trovare un profondo stato di coscienza. Questo permette di entrare in contatto con se stessi, di rilasciare emozioni profonde e di sentire sensazioni di chiarezza, di rilassamento profondo o addirittura di fare un` esperienza spirituale. Breathwork è anche conosciuto come metodo di guarigione olistico. ☀︎☾ Non è necessaria alcuna esperienza. David uses a special breathing technique, accompanied by appropriate music and supporting instruments, to guide you into a deep state of consciousness. This allows you to get in touch with yourself, release deep-seated emotions and experience a sense of clarity, deep relaxation or even a spiritual experience. Breathwork is also known as a holistic healing method. ☀︎☾ No experience necessary. David führt dich mittels einer speziellen Atemtechnik, begleitet von passender Musik und unterstützenden Instrumenten, in einen tiefen Bewusstseinszustand. Dabei kannst du dich mit deinem Selbst auseinandersetzen, tiefsitzende Emotionen lösen und ein Gefühl von Klarheit, Tiefenentspannung oder sogar einer spirituellen Erfahrung erleben.
