Please read this carefully: What is a Kundalini Activation? A Kundalini Activation is a direct energy transmission through which your own Kundalini energy is awakened and activated. It can support you in becoming more aware of and strengthening your life force, releasing possible inner blockages, and returning to a more natural flow of your energy. At the same time, it can support your spiritual growth and contribute to expanding your awareness. The activation does not happen through willpower or conscious effort. Instead, it is allowed to unfold naturally at your own pace. Your body and your energy system determine what is ready to arise and move. A Kundalini Activation Session always works in harmony with your body and transforms only what is ready to be transformed. Nothing is forced. Kundalini Activation is not a one-time intervention, but a practice that can be repeated to support you on your personal journey and strengthen your connection with yourself. Important: A Kundalini Activation does not replace medical, psychotherapeutic, or other professional healthcare treatment and does not constitute a diagnosis or therapy. Contraindications Energy work involving intense physical, emotional, or altered states of consciousness – such as Kundalini Activation or Holotropic Breathwork – is not suitable for everyone. In particular, people with existing psychiatric or neurological conditions, including psychosis, dissociative disorders, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or epilepsy, should refrain from participating or seek professional medical or psychotherapeutic advice beforehand. If you are unsure whether Kundalini Activation is suitable for you, you are very welcome to discuss this with the facilitators at the festival beforehand.
